Treatments & technologies

Seven domains, one consistent approach.

From diagnosis to finishing touches, every step is part of a whole-smile vision.

4D diagnostics

The smile, studied in motion.

4D diagnostics combines 3D imaging (cone beam, panoramic, tele-radiography), facial scanning and dynamic capture of the bite in motion. Where a classic X-ray freezes a single moment, 4D shows how the jaw actually works. This is what allows us to understand the source of pain, anticipate prosthetic wear, or predict the outcome of an aesthetic project. AI is used as a support tool for human expertise — never to replace clinical judgement.

Smile Design

See your future smile before it's made.

Digital smile design rebuilds your aesthetic project on screen, from photos and scans. You see, adjust and validate — before any irreversible procedure. The validated project then drives the printing of a mock-up, temporarily placed in the mouth to confirm the look in real conditions. The goal is not a calibrated "Dubai-style" copy, but a smile that looks like you: a creative reflection of your personality, in natural harmony with your face.

Dynamic occlusion (Modjaw)

Your patient avatar — a digital twin of your smile.

The Modjaw records the precise paths of your jaw during chewing, swallowing and speaking. That data builds a true "patient avatar": a numerical twin of your mouth in motion, which becomes the study ground for complex rehabilitations. The design of restorations is then built around your real function, not a theoretical model. The result: fewer adjustments, more comfort, longer-lasting work.

Invisible orthodontics

Beyond alignment: the foundation of facial profile.

Orthodontics is more than straightening teeth: it is the study of facial proportions and growth profiles, the foundation of long-term dental health. In younger patients, growth-profile analysis guides bone development. In adults, it sets the stage for solid aesthetic and functional rehabilitations. Clear aligners can correct most misalignments without visible metal braces — discreet, comfortable, removable for meals.

Aesthetic & conservative restoration

Restore confidence, without distorting.

The practice follows a conservative restorative approach: preserving natural tooth structure as much as possible to achieve a result that is both beautiful and functional. Veneers, whitening and micro-restorations are always considered as the extension of healthy function. For custom crowns and bridges, the design draws on your patient avatar for a perfect fit with your occlusion. Aesthetics are not a standard copy: they are the authentic expression of who you are.

Surgery & guided implantology

Digital precision, delicate hand.

Surgery in the practice is defined by delicacy: a non-traumatic approach that respects living tissue. Bone grafts, periodontal surgery (gum augmentation or reduction) and implant placement are planned on computer from the 3D scan; a surgical guide is then 3D-printed to direct the implant to the exact spot, angle and depth. Extractions are only chosen as a last resort. The patient's long-term biological health always comes first.

On-site 3D printing

From model to mock-up, made in-house.

Having a 3D printer on site changes the game: surgical guides, splints, aesthetic mock-ups, working models — all produced on demand, within hours. Less waiting, more precision, and the freedom to iterate quickly on a project. The full digital workflow — from SmileCloud to Exocad and the HORUS additive-manufacturing ecosystem — is mastered in-house.
